An online friend pointed me to this video. I honestly do not know much about it other than that it is from Northern Thailand and the practitioner is Anand Layraman. I believe it is from ruesri dat ton the system which is sometimes referred to as Thai Yoga.
In any case this is an interesting bridge between Indian yoga and Chinese Qi Gong and looks to be an excellent practice on its own merits.
What is striking in this video is the level of mastery Mr. Layraman displays, note the calm graceful movements and easy concentration. Yoga students take note as this is of the greatest importance and can only be cultivated with many years of practice.
Anyone knowing more about this feel free to leave a comment.

Truly fantastic video of beautiful movement.
The name and description of this video translates as the following.
Zheng dance to a slow tempo.
Zheng dance demonstration by the teacher to the slow rhythm of playing infinitely
Hope that’s useful
Paul
Thanks Paul, i’m very happy you appreciated this display. I got the same translation using Google Translate. I’m still working on reaching Anand Layraman, but there may be a language barrier.
I spoke with Mr Layraman this week. I was difficult for me to understand everything so forgive any mistakes but this is what i got.
The practice is Faawn Chaa meaning something to the effect of the essence of graceful movement. Anand developed the practice himself, though it’s clearly based on many years of exploration and study.
It contains four parts
1) Slow Qi Gong like movement (Mr. Layraman at one time taught Qi Gong)
2) Faster movements – Thai aerobics
3)Breathing
4)Meditative yoga like movement
